In order to register for the GMAT, go to MBA.com and complete the registration process. It takes 10-15 minutes to complete. To be clear - signing-up or purchasing a package with examPAL doesn’t register you for the GMAT.
We strongly recommend you register for the test right after you sign up for examPAL. Having a deadline helps set a clear goal and focus on your prep process. You can register for the test seven days before the actual date. In some locations, the number of seats in the room is limited. Therefore, the sooner you register, the more likely it is that you’ll get a seat on your desired date.
The GMAT costs $250 which is paid directly to GMAC, the organization which created the GMAT.
It depends on where you’re located. When you register for the GMAT, you’ll be able to choose the location and time of your test.
The ideal preparation period is between 45 and 60 days. It's enough time to absorb all the knowledge and ensure you won’t forget what you studied at the beginning. On average, we recommend three to fours hours of daily study time. (It’s not required that your prep time is evenly spread across the days of the week.) We also advise you to take at least one day off a week, so you can relax and re-energize.
If you’ve taken the GMAT recently and you feel all you need is a slight improvement; you can complete the course and take the GMAT within two weeks. If this is your first time, we strongly suggest you spend at least a month reviewing everything.

As examPAL grew and developed we noticed that our students needs may change throughout the course and the package they initially purchased might not be exactly what they need or want after a month or so of studying.
Examples of things that might change:
For that reason we stopped limiting our students to what they initially purchased and rolled out our credits system. That allows you flexibility and the option to choose what you want to do next.
Watching videos will not take away credits from your account at any point.
Another advantage of the credits system is that if your credits are depleted you can always purchase more without the need to purchase a whole package. That allows you to save money and purchase just the amount you need for what else you are interested to do in the system.
